International Veterinary Students’ Association (IVSA) is the largest globally recognised veterinary students association. With representation in 6 continents, and over 60 countries, IVSA truly aims to improve veterinary students across the board. IVSA has standing committees and working groups, that assist IVSA in their day to day works. Any IVSA member can apply to be apart of any committee that attract their interest, while the chair of each committee or working group is elected during our summer congresses. The committees and working groups create projects, that will improve IVSA members knowledge in that area. Many of the committees and working groups work with globally recognised organisation to bring the best to each IVSA members.
We are a not-for-profit non-governmental organisation run by volunteer veterinary students from around the world. Our aim is to improve the standard of veterinary education internationally through the exchange of ideas, knowledge and culture. All operations and activities run by IVSA are pointed at this goal and conducted by the constitution and bylaws which are built and regulated by the IVSA General Assembly.
You can find more information about IVSA, and how you could become a member at our main ivsa website. You can also look at the exciting projects run by our various committees at our committees website!
